FIG-Based Competitive Curriculum
Our curriculum is strictly aligned with International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) standards. This ensures that every gymnast receives training that is technically accurate and globally competitive, focusing on the latest requirements for body difficulties, apparatus handling, and artistry.
Curriculum Modules
Technical Mastery
Intensive focus on FIG body difficulties, including pivots, leaps, and balances, ensuring perfect execution and high difficulty scores.
Apparatus Precision
Advanced handling technologies for all four apparatus (Hoop, Ball, Clubs, Ribbon), featuring complex tosses and catches.

Gymnasts in Level 4 are guided onto a clear competitive pathway, progressing from national rankings to elite international championships. We facilitate global exposure through overseas training camps and invitational meets in Europe and Asia.
